Red Nose Day | Raising Awareness for Child Poverty

Thursday, May 25 we celebrate national Red Nose Day, a day appointed to raising money to support projects that ensures kids are safe, healthy, educated, and empowered. The minds behind Comic Relief and Red Nose Day are using comedy as a way to start a movement; a movement that will bring the country together to end child poverty. With high powered celebrities like Jack Black and Ed Sheeran showing their support, Red Nose Day has grown into a widely celebrated day with many businesses joining in on the charitable fun.
Last year, Poolman began raising awareness for Red Nose Day with pool techs and employees wearing red noses and showing their support publicly on social media. This year we want to turn it up a notch! We are donating $5 per Red Nose picture* that our clients post to Facebook using the hashtag #PoolmanRedNoseDay, or send to us through email. We believe that ending child poverty is a job that all of us should undertake, no child should ever go hungry! Making it fun and helping others laugh is just an added bonus. We can’t wait to see what great Red Nose Day pictures you send our way!
Join us in the fight to end child poverty and make your own donation today, head on over to the Red Nose Day website to learn more about their story and where exactly each donation goes.
*Poolman will donate $5 per Red Nose picture submitted up to $5,000.
